
About Akshaya Agnes
Hi, I’m Akshaya, based of Chennai, India.
After my graduation from University of Bath, UK, I completed my level 3 in Health and Fitness Coaching from ACSM. A certified Zumba Instructor. Thereby continued my studies in 300 hours RYT in India.
In 2015, I became a Certified Pilates Instructor.
Later in 2017, I became a mom and I realized the importance of pregnancy and postpartum fitness. I pursued my education as a Prenatal and Postnatal Specialist, CSEP, Canada.
15 years of self-practice and teaching made me realize how wonderful our human bodies are and that there is so much more to explore. I want to create sessions that serve the body, to be strong while also healing both the mind and body. Seeing my clients grow in confidence and strength is why I am so grateful to be doing what I love.
